dcu_bangRough drafts are due by 7 September. We will post a preview of story summaries (including titles, pairings, and any warnings) on 8 September so artists can think about the claims they want to make. Claims will open on 10 September.
Claims will be done on a first-come, first-serve basis. Stories will be available for second claims after each has been claimed once; same goes with third claims and beyond, if we have that many. Artists can sign up to do between one and four claims; please do not sign up for more claims than you can complete. You are free to create more than one piece to accompany any story that you've claimed, but you must create at least one thing for each claimed story. Final art claims will be sent out on 14 September, and final pieces will be due on 21 October.
Art comes in many different forms: vids, manips, traditional art, digital art, fanmixes, movie-style posters, and book covers have all been put forth as acceptable ideas. If you have an idea that isn't listed here, please leave us a message on the page a mod post and we'll get back to you.

Fandoms you're comfortable working with: Pretty much all; n.b. I'm less likely to be familiar with post-2000 characters, although my favs are Zachary Zatara, Kid Devil, and Power Boy. I don't do most of the animated series, but I can work with series like Batman: The Animated Series or JL/JLU.
Type of art you think you'll make: I work with a variety of media. I usually do traditional pencils and inks and then do digital clean-up and editing, and if I colour it, it'll be digital.
