Author sign-ups for DCU Bang are now closed! Fanworker signups are still open, until July 18th, so if you want to sign up as a fanworker, feel free to do so at any time! Authors and fanworkers can still team up into tandem groups, so if you’re a fanworker and have found a signed up author to work with, or you’re a signed up author and have found a fanworker, just let me know you’d like to switch to the Tandem Path!

DCU Bang 2020 Fanworker Sign-Ups

We’ve had a combined 103 sign-ups, across fanworker, 5k, and 10k sign-ups! This is absolutely amazing, especially with the pandemic affecting all of us right now. This Bang can’t run without you guys participating and being supportive of one another, and I am so happy to be working with you all. =D

All signup confirmation emails have been sent out by dcubang@gmail.com at this time. If you do not have this email, contact me at dcubang@gmail.com ASAP. It is very important that I have a reliable way to contact all participants!

June 1st will be the first check-in for authors, which is not mandatory. At the first check-in, I will also be relaying some more information about what is expected for rough drafts, for people choosing the Traditional Path, and want their stories claimed by fanworkers. This way, everyone still has a good amount of time to prepare what will be expected!

This is the last week to sign-up as an author! I will be extending the sign-ups through the weekend and close the forms on Monday, May 4th, to give everyone the full weekend to sign-up as an author. Fanworker sign-ups will remain open until July 18th!

Hello everyone! Sign ups are now open! Please make sure you have read the DCU Bang Guidelines and FAQs before signing up!

Please provide an email address that you check frequently as all check-ins and important announcements will be emailed. We also need a good email address for author/fanworker match-ups!

After signing up, you will receive an automated email from Google with a copy of your sign up within 24 hours. If you do not receive this email, please let us know! Mods will be sending out a different sign-up confirmation email within 72 hours of signing up, to confirm that we got your sign up. If you do not receive an email from us after 72 hours, please get in contact with us, as we do need a working email!

We will do our best to keep the Discord server aware of any times that we might be away and responses slow, so it’s a good idea to join! It’s also a good idea to join and friend this community - all check-ins, reminders, and announcements will come through here, so you'll have to watch us to stay informed!
